Personalization

A personal trainer helps you define your individual fitness goals and gives you a road map for how to get there. Lisa considers your current fitness level and discusses what you ultimately want to achieve.  She will help you focus on smaller goals that are specific and realistic, setting you up to achieve the larger goal one step at a time. Her workouts are not "one size fits all", like you would find in a magazine or book. Each plan is personalized to accommodate your goals, needs, and allowances for your current physical condition and medical background.

Professionalism

Lisa will teach you the proper way to perform each exercise in your routine. By demonstrating the movements and coaching you through it, she can correct any issues in your posture or technique, which will prevent unnecessary injury and increase the effectiveness of the workout. Regular sessions with a personal trainer create accountability, which is a real motivator, but there's also something to be said for positive reinforcement. Celebrating your consistency and progress with your trainer can be a real boost when you're battling through a tough workout.

If your schedule is tight, but you still want the benefit of a trainer, this plan is for you. 1.5 hours of training per week for $175/month.

Per Session

If you prefer to take it one session at a time, personal training is $30 for each session.

About Lisa

Lisa has been in the fitness profession since 2013, when she started off with an at home program. Her love for working out grew to the desire to help others change their lives. She acquired her personal training certification, quit her full time corporate job, & dove head first into opening her own studio. 


She started out as a novice, just like everyone else, but over the past five years has put in serious research to become a student of overall wellness. In her own journey she has transformed her body & mind to develop great habits for personal & professional success. 


Lisa stays up to date with the latest training & wellness techniques. She's easy to talk to & has flexible scheduling for all of her clients. She understands the process & the journey that a person needs to take to reach their fitness goals. 


In addition to personal training, Lisa is a Lead Instructor at Total Evolution, a Precision Nutrition Pro Coach, & holds a few other fancy, schmancy titles & certifications, that really aren't important in this bio.
